Dr. Puneet Mohan, Sr. Faculty Member

With Doctorate in Change Management, UGC- NET and MBA (HR), Dr. Puneet has 15 years of training and teaching experience in the area of Human Resources at PG &UG level. He has a rich experience of working with many prestigious institutions viz. Lal Bahadur shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussorie, National Institute of Administrative Research, Government of India, Amity University, Galgotias Business School, Institute of Technology & Science, and Centre of Stratford University, US at Delhi. He has received three times “Best Faculty Award” in his career. His area of interest includes- Competency mapping, Performance appraisal 360 and Personality profiling.
He has conducted more than 40 MDPs in the reputed organizations like- ONGC, BEL, ESI doctors, Forest Training Institute, Ghaziabad District officers, Senior officials of Lok Sabha, Idea cellular etc. He has coauthored eight books in the area of Management and has more than eighteen research papers and one case study to his credit. He has authored a biography on the recipient of “Australian of the year 2009” for the promotion of Hindi language at national level in Australia. (under published from Mellbourne)

Amranjan Kumar, Associate Faculty Member

With background in Economics and Education, Mr. Amaranjan has 24 years' experience in the field of Rural Industrialization, Micro & Small Enterprises, Industrial Sickness etc. Mr. Kumar has expertise in Project Counseling, Hand Holding & Escort Services to new entrepreneurs, Diagnostic study, Project Proposal Development. He is an accredited Entrepreneurship Motivation trainer.

Satendra Kumar, Associate Faculty Member

With background in Economics, Sociology, Psychology and Management, Mr. Satendra is pursuing Ph.D.in Incubation. Has about 24 years' experience of Training, Research and Consultancy the field of Entrepreneurship Development and Enterprise promotion. Mr. Satendra is an accredited Entrepreneurship Motivation trainer having expertise in Technology Business Incubation and innovation, Project Proposal Development, and TNA. He has prepared Hand-holding, Rehabilitation & Exit Policy for Sick Units in the State of U.P. He has exposure at University of Texas, Austin, USA for Incubation & Commercialization.

Rajan Srivastava, Associate Faculty Member

Has background in Sociology with an experience of about 24 years in Entrepreneurship Development. He has specialization in Social development, Micro Enterprise Promotion, Rural Marketing, Skill Development and Income Generation activities. His key competencies are organizing Training program, Conducting survey and studies and networking with partner organizations. He is an accredited EMT trainer.

Mamta Chauhan, Associate Faculty Member

Having background in Psychology, Computer Application, and management with specialization in HRD. She has experience of working with MSME sector for more than 24 years. A Recognized trainer for Training Needs Assessment (TNA), certified by Govt. of India as well as accredited trainer on EMT. Has expertise in Evaluation, Impact analysis, Qualitative and quantitative research, Project planning and management. Has experience of mid-term and end-line evaluation of many development projects supported by International organizations in different parts of country. Besides, she also has experience of about 10 years in WASH sector- planning, implementation, management, capacity building, and monitoring of programmes supported by WASH cluster, UNICEF.

Akhilesh Singh, Associate Faculty Member

Has background in Economics and Hindi, with experience of 24 years in the field of entrepreneurship development and Education. His key expertise is administration, training, skill development, networking and coordination with support organizations, Program Execution and linking students with innovative and vocational education, particularly for girls.

Anil Kumar Tiwari, Associate Faculty Member

Has background in Economics and 23 years experience in the field of Rural Entrepreneurship Development, Rural Marketing and Networking, Micro Enterprise Development, Women Empowerment, Documentation, Research, project management and monitoring, Community mobilization for SHG Formation and Economic Activation etc.

Vibha Tripathi, Associate Faculty Member

Has background in English, Mass Communication & Journalism, as well as Management with specialization in HRD. She is a certified Recognized Trainer (TNA) having an experience about 24 years in Entrepreneurship Development, livelihood promotion, Rehabilitation of displaced communities, women empowerment. Her key competencies are Project Proposal Development, Training Need Analyses, Training Design & Management, conducting research and Diagnostic study, Process Documentation, Monitoring & Implementation of Social Development Projects, Development of Reading Materials, Case Studies, Media Communication & Mass Awareness.

Arvind Kumar Singh, Associate Faculty Member

Has background in Chemistry and Computer Application with an experience of 20 years in the field of Entrepreneurship Development and Micro Enterprise Promotion. Key expertise is Project Identification, Promotion of rural Entrepreneurship and Escort Services for the creation of Rural Enterprises. Key competencies include Coordination among different stakeholders, Training Management, Hand Holding of Budding Entrepreneurs.

S.K. Dutta, Associate Faculty Member

Has background in Education, Automotive Engineering as well as Computer Software and Management, with an experience of 20 years in the field of Entrepreneurship Training, Computer Application, and Computer Graphics. Key competencies include Identification and Preparation of Project Report, Export Promotion & Documentation, coordination and training on Skill Development & Income Generating Activities, Data processing, Survey and studies.

Ambrish Kumar, Sr. Training Associate

PostHas background in Commerce and an experience of 19 years in the field of Entrepreneurship development & management od accounts, training and documentation. His Key competencies include quality monitoring and facilitation, networking with support organizations.

T. Nath, Training Associate

Has background in Psychology with an experience of 22 years in Entrepreneurship and Skill Development. His areas of specialization are Entrepreneurial Motivation, Project Counseling, Promotion and Management of Rural Enterprises, Escort Services, Survey and data collection.

Maan Singh, Training & Research Associate

Has background in Sociology and Rural Development with an experience of about 20 years in the field of Entrepreneurship Development comprising of Training, Skill Development, Research and data collection, Documentation. His area of specialization include Rural Industrialization, Entrepreneurial Motivation, Project identification and Project Report Preparation, Training Management ,Promoting Income Generation Activities, Health and Nutrition.

Anurag Mathur, Training & Research Associate

A certified Recognized Trainer (TNA), having background in Economics and an experience of 20 years in the filed of Entrepreneurship Development comprising of Training, Research, media communication and handholding of potential entrepreneurs. His key competencies include training need analyses, designing, organizing and conducting Training and Skill Development, Documentation and Case Studies, Micro Enterprise promotion, motivation, Project identification and Project Report Preparation, Reading Material Development and media networking.

R.B. Mishra, Training & Research Associate

Has background in Sociology and Rural Development with having an experience of about 20 years in the filed of Entrepreneurship Development comprising of Training, Project identification and Project Report Preparation, Research and Hand holding activities. His area of specialization includes Motivation, business Opportunity Guidance, Rural Industrialization and Skill Development, Group Dynamics, Networking and Extension Social Works.

V.K. Verma, Administrative Officer / Zonal Coordinator

Has background in Economics, Sociology and Personnel Management with an experience of 28 years in administration, involved in training activities since last 10 years. Besides his core strength and expertise in HR, personnel, legal issues, administration and Right to Information he has skills in programme management and coordination.

B.C. Malu, Accounts Officer

Has background in Commerce, Law and Computerized Financial Accounting with an experience of 28 years in accounts management and financial appraisal of program plans. His area of specialization includes managing fund flow and accounts, conducting sessions on Accounts & Book Keeping, Trial Balance & Balance sheet preparation, Managing Taxes of MSME enterprises, Tally & ERP.

Rajeev Kumar Srivastava, Asstt. Admn. Officer / Zonal Coordinator

With background in Arts having an experience of 20 years in administrative activities and organizing training programs since last 15 years. His area of specialization includes business opportunity guidance, management of micro enterprise, skill development training, designing and management of training as well as facilitation for enterprise promotion.

Vinod Shukla, Senior Training Associate & Nodal Officer (Skill Development)

Has background in Sociology, Management with specialization in HRM, and Computer Software Application. Having an experience of 20 years in monitoring, , documentation, and coordination of training activities, organized exposure visits for trainee entrepreneurs. His area of specialization includes skill development, monitoring and coordination of training programs and course material development, and research work. He also has skills in Tally Accounting , Web & Internet Surfing, Computer based Training Modules and Video Editing.

Uday Bhan Singh, Zonal Coordinator

Has background in Economics, Management (HRM), and Computer Application with an experience of 20 years in administration, personnel and Training activities towards entrepreneurship development. His areas of expertise include execution of training programs and skill development, motivation and project identification and business counseling, networking with support organizations, documentation.

Veena Gaherwar, Assistant Librarian

Has background in History, Computer Applications, and Library Science, with an experience of 20 years in Library Management and Training Activities. Her area of specialization includes managing information, coordinating Training Programs and imparting skills on Handicrafts and Food Products, Motivation and business counseling for micro enterprise.

Ram Milan, Program Coordinator

Has background in Arts with specialization and experience in Inventory management, supply, procurement as well as networking with service providers. Besides, he also has experience of programme coordination, management and monitoring, especially skill development in urban development and MSME sector.

Moti Lal Yadava, Program Coordinator

Has background in Sociology with an experience of about 10 years in the field of Entrepreneurship Development, rural industrialization and skill development training. Worked in urban development, education and MSME sector.

P.D. Verma, Program Coordinator

Has background in Arts with an experience of coordination and organizing multi-skill development training programmes, particularly worked for facilitating the budding entrepreneurs in the process of setting up enterprises under Prime Minister Employment Guarantee Programmes.
