Training Need Assessment

TNA is "an examination of organisation's present and expected operations and the workforce necessary to carry them out, in order to identify the numbers and categories of employee needing to be trained or re trained. It may also refer to the training needs of individuals to enable them to reach the required standard of performance in their current or future jobs."

When TNA should be done?

  • When we find some difference between standard level of performance and actual level of performance which is called Performance Gap .
  • When actual level of performance remain below the standard  (desired) Level.
  • For identifying the Training & Non training Needs of Human resource in an organization.

IEDUP has a pool of National level TNA experts and Recognized Trainers, accredited by Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Government of India. Our trainers have carried out TNA for different Government departments in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh, Himanchal Pradesh. All these TNA programmes were sponsored by Govt. Of India.
