Project Counselling Cell of the Institute helps potential entrepreneurs and trainees to identify viable projects and prepare project reports and business plan for setting up their enterprises. IEDUP has a number of project reports on different sectors such as plastic, rubber, food, glass, ceramic, electronics, electrical, leather, garments, paper, chemical, mechanical, service etc.
Besides, Institute organizes follow up camps to monitor the progress and facilitate the process of enterprise start up by our trained entrepreneurs. In these camps their specific problems related to project identification, project report preparation, market survey, enterprise setting, fulfilling formalities, getting the required licenses, approvals, sanctions etc. are discussed on one-to-one basis which leads to appropriate action plan for resolving the particular issue. In these follow up camps, officials from concerned government departments are also invited to have an interaction with participants , they provide their guidance and suggestions to address the issues.
